Gun Bun lots of Fun!
I managed to hop up to the Gundlach Bundschu annual holiday craft fair this past weekend. The fair gods were smiling on us with a single break in the rainy day pattern. Sunny weather (well, partly cloudy and a bit of fall chill in the air), holiday live music, free flowing wine and best of all, a chance to catch up with my dear friend Kitt Barkley and snag another piece of her wonderful pottery to add to my collection. She also sells them at the Sonoma Art Museum.
My next chance to visit will be at the Sonoma Community Center Studio Sale on Friday, December 7, 5-7pm and Saturday and Sunday Dec. 8 & 9 10am-5pm. (See notice attached below). I try to get there early for best selection of some very impressive work.
Hope to see you there.
One of Kitt’s bowls has a permanent place on my kitchen island. The apples are from my backyard fruit tree free-for-all.
