Yes! I find as an agent who does both I offer insight on either side of the process and can help you through all sides of the process.

How long have you been an agent?

I got my real estate license in 1986 I’ve been in Real Estate for over 35 years.

What is a buyer’s agent?

A buyer’s agent is a realtor who is legally bound to help the homebuyer in a real estate transaction. A realtor with a fiduciary duty to help the home seller is known as a listing agent.

Buyer’s agents assist in the home buying process in a number of ways, from finding the right property to negotiating the offer to putting you in contact with other professionals, such as real estate attorneys, home inspectors, and even movers.

In short, a buyer’s agent is meant to help you navigate your way to homeownership.

What is pre-qualification?

Pre-qualification can give you an idea about what mortgage amount you might be able to afford. Sometimes it can be done over the phone or via email, and it will only take into account the information you give the lender. Think of pre-qualification as a ballpark estimate. While pre-qualification is not a guarantee for a loan, it can be beneficial to help you learn your options.

Can you recommend (fill in the blank)?

Mortgage broker, appraiser, inspector, real estate lawyer, general contractor, moving companies, and anything else you can think of involving homes! Yes I’ve been in this business long enough to know many names and faces of a lot of good people, but ultimately it’s always your choice who you would like to work with but I can make suggestions for you to chose from based in my knowledge and experience.

What do I need to do to get my home ready?

The appearance of your home will have an effect on how fast you sell and for how much. The goal is to spend the least amount and only on things that will bring a return on your investment, to really know what you should do to prepare for selling and what you should leave for the buyer can be something we can talk about together based on your finances and goals for sale price.
