As a Bay Area native, raised in Mill Valley with family still residing there, I have strong connections to both Marin and Sonoma Counties. I first obtained my real estate license over 30 years ago and worked withCagwin, Seymour & Hamilton in Mill Valley. Before starting my real estate career full time over 20 years ago, my business background was in contract administration, paralegal work and venture capital coordination. Looking back it seems that my work experience had been the preparation that allowed me to achieve the Emerald Elite designation and Top Producer for Sonoma County (and company-wide) for the last 17 years.

Before getting his Realtor license in 2006, Carlos got a marriage license with me long before. He’s been working side by side with me ever since. Carlos and I taught dance (swing, country and zydeco) for many years in San Francisco and the North Bay. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Communications from San Francisco State University and worked as a graphic designer in the corporate world. Carlos was also the staff designer for Indian Valley Colleges and the bi-coastal advertising firm Monnens/Addis. On top of this, he also worked as a newspaper production manager and as photographer for the San Francisco Symphony Chorus. Carlos is well versed in many fields and is always there to help with whatever arises. We truly appreciate his good nature and high spirits.

We’re happy to introduce our daughter, September Deignan into our real estate team. She’s grown up her whole life surrounded by real estate, she was with me when she was five years old at showings saying things like it just needs fresh paint! With a passion for Art, Online Media, Fashion and Bargains. She’s our online marketing/social media department with her creative spirit. She’s always been an artist and loved old houses, antiques, design and with her fresh eyes and energy we love having her on the team.
